Powers Property Services Inc.

Powers Property Services Inc. was incorporated in April 1995 and provides operating, management and development consulting services to commercial property owners specializing in both enclosed and strip shopping centres. Since incorporation, Powers has provided consulting services on both regional and community shopping centres operating in large and small communities across Canada with a focus in the Southern Ontario market.

Powers treats each and every centre, asset and property as if it were its own. The recommendations are formulated to add, value to the asset and to enhance both the short and the long term returns for its clients.
